How I work for 1-1 Personal training

I take a whole-body approach to training — looking at your joints, major muscle groups, and the smaller stabilising muscles in between. My goal is to help you get the most out of your body in the least amount of time, while keeping sessions safe, effective and tailored to you.

Each session blends deep stretching, functional strength, cardio conditioning, endurance work and injury-prevention — perfect if you want to move better, get stronger, feel fitter and build confidence without pressure.

Through the app, we track key metrics such as workouts completed, strength progress, mobility, habits, and consistency. This allows me to adjust your programme in real time, keep you on track, and make sure your training is actually working.

A great option if you’re building routine and confidence or just want steady weekly accountability. Each session is tailored to your goals and ability, helping you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy training without pressure.

The best balance for real, noticeable progress. Two sessions a week give you momentum and proper structure, helping you improve strength, mobility and fitness at a pace that feels sustainable and enjoyable.
