My role is to make training simple, supportive, and effective. I focus on balance, natural movement, and conventional strength and conditioning in ways that feel fun, fresh and engaging to help you build a strong, capable body — one that feels good to use both in the gym and in everyday life.

In-Person Coaching

I offer 1–1 and semi-private sessions from my private studio in Crackington Haven, overlooking the sea and valley or from the boutique gym in high cliffe Polzeath.

Online Coaching

I build a fully personalised training plan through Everfit, tailored to your goals, experience, injuries, schedule, and available equipment. You’ll follow a clear programme with video demos, track key metrics (workouts, strength, mobility, and habits), and get regular adjustments so your training keeps working as you progress.

You’ll get:

  • A personalised training programme in Everfit

  • Video demos and coaching cues for every exercise

  • Progress tracking and regular programme updates

  • Feedback and accountability to keep you consistent

Ideal if you want real structure and oversight while training at home, in a gym, or around a busy schedule.

Pricing starts from £120/month, scaling with the level of support you want.

I take a whole-body approach to training, focusing on quality movement and long-term progress rather than quick fixes. Sessions are efficient, adaptable, and built around how your body actually moves. Strength, mobility, conditioning, and injury-prevention are integrated so you build a body that feels capable, resilient, and confident — not just fitter on paper.
